I was soooo happy that the "hippees" won. I loved them from the beginning. They enjoyed and appreciated everywhere they went. They weren't nasty or mean to anyone. Not like when they cancelled the taxis. THAT was mean. Anyway...loved the outcome.

I agree. The hippees were fun to watch and made great TV. Glad they won.

Good morning all -- I am up early here and can't go back to sleep. Too many things to worry about. I am going to High School first thing this morning to see if I can pull Dale out of school for next week. He should be exempt from all of his finals because he received the Commended Performance on all of his TAKS tests, but supposedly, they aren't telling the kids until Monday. Charley very unexpectedly was told he could take the whole week off next week. The only day I can exchange our airline tickets is for Monday (FF miles), then of course, have to get DVC rooms (some are still available), change car rentals, etc. First hurdle though is getting approval from school.

Wish me luck. The worse part is I will have to really bust it to get everything done to leave on Monday now if this goes through instead of having until Thursday. Ackkkkk

Good luck with the approval from the school......Dale is a good student so let us hope that this will be smooth sailing........And then - you willhave such a busy weekend.. Wish I could leave Monday!!!! What a wonderfully frightening stroke of luck that Charley can leave early....

Hi All -- wow, you guys were really busy today. I was extremely busy at work. I am a little worried, Amanda hasn't gotten her stuff yet and as of last night, neither had Shiann. Haven't heard from Shiann yet tonight, so not sure if here came or not.

I will be on the phone with the vendor first thing in the morning.

Poor Pam, more to do to day....Here is a thought. Do they have good neighbors? Or a house sitter... Rush that package back to a UPS shipping shop and have it delivered to....You could use my adress but we are leaving Friday Morning...perhaps someone leaving Saturday, close to the Port could volunteer........

I'm DISing on the laptop from the cold, icky basement as we have yet another tornado warning for another 15-30 minutes. Well, at least the siding is already off most of the house. But they've already re-sided the garage. I'm hoping it will all pass north of us. DH got called into the firestation for storm watch. This is where we were 6 weeks ago. Good thing I set the DVR for AI and AR tonight. Caleb thought to grab Scoopie so he is safe.

Reading backwards so I know you are safe....Tell Caleb thanks for watching out for Scoopie...that is one lucky cone....

That was me and just what I had heard people on board saying, I have taken them before but the kids didn't use them so I schlepped them for nothing.

I will be taking glow necklaces and bracelets for the night parties.

I remembered to pack the Halloween twillerly glow wand thingy...And may leave the bubble at home. We used them on the first cruise but schlepped them on the second for nothing.....

Well - Finally got USAirways to fix our flights. Original plans were to fly out at 4pm on Friday - connect in Charlotte and arrive in Orlando at 715. They changed it to leave at 11am and arrive in Orlando at 715 with a 4 hour layover in Charlotte. When I asked why, nobody had an answer..... glad I'm Gold Preferred as the cost went up - but they changed it back to our regular flight. Nice 45 minute layover in Charlotte, but we usually get in early, and there is another flight later if necessary.....

Received an e-mail from the shipper last night - it said:

We made it ti post 44,000 yesterday - I missed the fun...who would have thunk it!
Lots of cruise planning discussions, princess dresses, suits or tux, dinner resessies, pirate night glow sticks, "AI" , the other show - help Lost or great race , no rock shrimp but good sunsets to expect, packing, packing, packing, excursion plans, beach toys, wine, ....and more, much more....

Just finished the door signs.....for those of you who have not been able to find the magnetic pages, the standard 3 ring plastic binder inserts work well, with magnets glued to the back. I used strips from Wal-Mart.

Btw, the box is on a ups truck someplace.. UPS tracking, it gets to go on vacation before we do!

Won't be soon enough for me, I am beat. Today should be the last of the worst of a major undertaking at work. I still don't know if it'll all be done before I go, but the most essential part will be.
