hi Everyone!
We will be on this cruise, our families first Disney Cruise!
It is me Melody, DH Mike and DD Ashley (9 at sailing)
We have another family we are cruising with too, the Wrights (jimmy/Susan/Emily).
Let us know if there is any interest in starting an FE or maybe just a magnet exchange since this is a short cruise.
If we get a good response maybe we can set up a FB page??

We have been to Disney so many times & this is our first Disney Cruise. I am a total 'over planner' and have been reading up on stuff for months. I bought a really cool FE on Amazon already and starting on door magnets!

Hi everyone!

My cousin and I will be aboard the May 18th trip as well! We joke about joining in the fun of disboards with the abbreviation "DC:" darling/disney cousin. I will be 21 and she'll be 23. This is my first cruise EVER (although her 3rd on DCL) and it's a big celebration: it's not only in honor of my 21st birthday, but also my having beaten cancer this year! WOO!

We'd love to participate in the FE as well! We both love crafting so it will be a blast to prepare! Been looking at the FE thread for inspiration.

Already counting the days...May can't come soon enough!

We will be on this cruise with my son, his wife and the 3 grandkids!! This is our 2nd Disney cruise for everyone except for my 3 1/2 yr old granddaughter. (She was still a twinkle in my daughter in laws eye so to speak last time). I would be interested in the FE's and/or magnets. I need to see if I can add Madison to the FE's I made for the last cruise. The grandsons really had a ball with those. It was good to see a board had been started. I look forward to reading and meeting with all of you!

HOW AWESOME and a perfect way to celebrate how well you're doing!! I am 40 yrs old and this is our first Disney Cruise, we always do the World and also planning a trip already for 2015 with my cousin (our parents are twins & she is like my sister) & OUR kids - oh and spouses. lol. .
Excited about FE and cool to be in the first group . . Interested to see how this goes and see where you are all at on the ship. . We are 10th floor, aft in one of the extended balcony rooms. .

Hi again!.. On our Wonder cruise we had only one group of about 7-8 families I believe. Just a little info there. I don't know if there is a set size, but it could depend on how many more families join us.. Also I would like to add names etc for my family.

We are in 2 connecting balcony rooms on deck 7(I don't have the exact room number at hand and will add it later.) and are looking forward to the cruise. The grandsons know about it and are somewhat excited. We haven't told Madison because at her age she would expect us to go tomorrow. My DH and I have cruised before and she loves to look at the pictures etc. we bring back. I already have a FE I made for the Wonder cruise and will see if I can add to it or need to make a new one.!! I am already thinking of a few gift ideas also. Have a good day!(hopefully cooler than we are here in midMO).

I am in Des Moines, Iowa so we are getting scorched!! 105 today with heat index.
So excited to see kids my DS age - Morgan.. .
Should we close out the first group after maybe 2 more families? I personally do not want to get into a large group on such a short cruise. . .
Then if more people show interest they start theirs? ;-)

Hey again, thank you so much for adding us to the list! If everyone else does want to close this list I'm in 100%, on our last cruise we ended up with 25 staterooms and had to close and start a second (and even 25 seemed a lot for packing purposes lol) also I tried creating a FB page for us but failed (I'm not great with that sorta thing) and was hoping someone else could try?

This is my first time doing this as well and with it being a short cruise it would be nice to not have a large group. Definitely looking for feedback from others too, one gal had said that as well about the size.
I can set up a FB group tonight or tomorrow, I totally don't mind and have done it before.
Looking forward to "talking" to all of you a little easier than on here.
Just wondering. . . .
We usually do Disney World every year or every other, this is our first cruise with Disney and are planning on getting in Saturday around 11:30am (from Iowa) in Cocoa Beach after we rent a car. The hotel has a deal on parking.
We will then stay at a Disney Resort when we leave the ship until Monday (Labor Day).
What do you all plan on doing?

We'll be staying at the art of animation for a week and a half before the cruise, I thought a nice four night cruise would be a great way to relax after all of disneyworld lol
