I have been checking on Ebay and Etsy for ideas, but plan on recruitig my Mom to help! There are so many cute ideas out there.

Will there be a list sent out of the breakdown of boy/girl and ages? Just curious because I was thinking of some Homemade FE gift ideas and wanted to know for planning purposes.

Just checked for the fun of it and there are still rooms available in most of the categories so maybe as we get closer and it books up more we will see more people join the FE.

Do you think having two different cruise meet threads is confusing to some people should we consider asking to have them merged? Just a thought..

I can't wait 10 months I am SOOOOOOO excited!!!!

DD - 3 1/2- Jesse (Toy Story), Belle, Little Mermaid
Adults-Mickey or Minnie

Do you have instructions for a gal that can, but doesn't sew well? I'm thinking of doing a Lilly Pulitzer FE. I thought of doing Nightmare Before Christmas, but that's a little too seasonal.

awww i love the nightmare before christmas idea very cute, I have seen lots that where not sew, some use hot glue gun other use iron on they all come out great. Also you can buy a pocket organizer at walmart and put disney stuff on it. I know it can be no more the 7 in wide and they say no more then 37 in long hope what helps Here is one that i read on of a Fish Extender not sew but Iron on.

Home made using Iron on transfer paper that prints on our home ink jet printer.
You need 1/4 yard of fabric, iron interfacing, wide double fold bias tape, and a 3/8" dowel 8" long.

Pockets are 11" X 5 1/2"
Back is 32" X 8"


Cut out backing and pockets then iron on interfacing.
Sew bias tape on top of pocket
pleat once on each side and pin bottom of pocket so that it is 8" wide.
baste, then pin bias tape on bottom and sew on
Pin pockets on backing and sew bottom of pocket to backing
Pin and baste around entire outside of project.
Pin then sew bias tape around outside edge of whole fish extender
fold top over leaving room for you dowel at top and sew along the inside of bias tape down each side to secure.

I know!! the Pressure can get to you =) but its sooo much fun Im going to start to get some things ready in about a month for the ones on the list aready and work from there so that way as the list grow I can just add on and not be the last month running around like crazy trying to make stuff =)

I've noticed that you guys are posting what Disney Characters your kids like. Sadly, mine have outgrown princesses and Winnie the Pooh.
That may change when they are older, but for now we are a Nightmare Before Christmas family.
