We were there last summer, and fireworks were shot from barges on the lagoon between Aulani and the next resort over on the way to the Marriott (I forget the name of it) you can certainly see the fireworks from the beach and pool area, and from some of the rooms. They were quite lovely!

Yes, Ko Olina does fireworks. It will be very crowded there so get your spot on the beach in plenty of time.
