Hi All!
My family and I will be in the Orlando area for just one night. It happens to be 4 th of July. I do not want to go to the parks. But I would like to see fireworks. I know about the beach but worried that Poly may be hard to get into due to the holiday. So where else can I go see the fireworks? And I am crazy for wanting to do this? Thks for any and all help.:)

I did this last year. Parked at Epcot as MK was at capacity. Went to take the monorail to get to the Poly. Only resort guests and AP holders were allowed on. Luckily we are annual pass holders so we hoped on monorail. Headed to the poly, got a snack, and watched fireworks on the 4th. Was it worth all the hassle and the sitting in Epcot parking lot for 4 hours afterwards. No. You can also watch the fireworks from the Contemporary and Grand Floridian.

We watched the fireworks from the monorail platform at the ttc and there was no one else there. They also pipe in the music. It was awesome.
