We will be amongst the 4th of July "troopers" at the MK. Does anyone have any dining suggestions or advice? :smickey:

I would suggest making reservations. Our family will also be at the MK on the 4th.:cool1:

We were at the MK on July 4th 2004. We ate at Tony's for Lunch. It was a bit pricy but the food was good. We made ADRs and had no problem being seated. We just had snacks around the MK for dinner.

Make sure you get to the MK right when it opens on the 4th. We did this and were able to ride all of the big attractions before the park became busy. We made a lunch ADR for 11:30 AM and when we got done with lunch the park was swamped. We went on all of the less popular rides all afternoon (Hall of Presidents, CoP, Enchanted Tiki, Riverboat, etc.). Waits for the popular rides were all over 1 hour.

We had alot of fun that day but don't plan on getting too much accomplished after noon at the MK.

I also think reservations for lunch are a good idea on the 4th. That's what we did last year at Epcot, and it worked out great. We just got some counter service for dinner, and it gave us plenty of time to stake out a great spot for the fireworks.
