4th of July activities ?

We've got a cart reserved thru Kenny (who else)!

Wifey and I just went at lunch and got some stuff to make some lime green Mickeys and other things. I'm planning to put one on the cart that is just plain green with a black "W" in the middle - for Wells (our last name). Just so you know who I am when you see me

Strange question. Is there a defacto ring leader, head honcho, go to person, for the 4th? The reason I'm asking is I'm wondering if it would be helpful if after Fiends check-in, and only if they wanted to, they could also somehow touch base, or whatever, with someone to let other Fiends know where they are. The Fort is a big place and I would think that it takes a lot of looping to find everyone. And if you don't have, or rent a scooter, like me, it's almost impossible. As it's my first 4th, maybe there is already a system in place that I'm not aware of, or maybe I'm all wet.

All I can say you have to go looping .It is the great time at 1 point we had over 96+ cart with us. We were 3rd or 4th in line looping. At 1 point we were leaving 800 loop which is 1 one of the largest loops. We had to stop to let the other lopper’s come in before we could leave.

Has anybody actually offered to host the party??

This year is a little different than previous. For the last couple of years we actually tried to get a little more organized and either had a Grand Gathering or Group Reservation. The GGs never got us in the same loop and the Group Reservation rate was HIGHER this time than what folks could get as Passholder or FL Resident or other discount codes out there, so we dropped it.

Because we all have different style campers and different budgets, not all of us are reserved at the same level of campsite. Some have partials, some have full, some have preferred, and some even have premium.

I probably won't have my green DIS sign out this time unless I print a new one. (Just remembered, it's in my Owner's Locker, and it's full of Halloween and Christmas decorations, so won't pay an extra dropoff charge just for my Green sign.)

I do have Blue Mickey's all over my camper and a light pole. I'll be in a partial hookup.

I am still new to all of ya'll, and I do not want to show up at the wrong party, So is someone officially hosting the party? There seems to be a lot us are going to be there. I would not want to assume that because there is a green mickey and a great party that I am automatically invited.
