4th night free

I remember seing in the past a 4th night free promotion on the Disney website, or in printed adds... but now that I need it, I cannot find it! I will be staying 5 nights in the early days of May, maybe it's too soon? Is that promotion recurrent?

No promotion is necessarily recurrent. It IS too early for any May promotions. I'd check back in the spring. Right now the promotions only go to February.
