Hello ladies! Happy to see planning is under way .

I actually liked the timing during this trip (Sorry Amy ). It wasn't too crowded and the weather was good. Plus, I wanted to use some DVC points and they are MUCH less in February than March/April.

So my suggestion would be for Feb. 24-Feb. 28 (or anytime in February).

I'd be happy to go anytime, but it will be packed in April (especially during the weekend). But there will be a little more to do.

Just throwing out my suggestions .

I'm going with the end of Feb. as well. I didn't mind the on and off again rain, it kept the crowds away.

This is my first time checking the boards since being back and can I just say "WOW!" Another thread already - with dates being thrown around!

I had a really good time, but wish I could have spent more Diva time together. I feel like I missed out on so much.

Deb - I think the only time we chatted was when I gave you guys a ride back to the HoJo from the GrandCA. And last year we spent like 50% of the time in line for TOT

Sorry for everyone who had to squeeze into my little car. We're looking at getting a bigger car, but waiting on the "kid" factor to force that decision.

Well I am game for almost any dates except is March 31 - April 4. My daughter Kacy will be having her 18th birthday during that time. And well, she comes first.

The trip is open to ages 18 and up.... and we do have a mother/daughter club. You could celebrate at Disney.



Okay, how do these look for the final poll dates?? It won't please everyone, but I'm trying to keep something in there for each group for various reason such as Spring Breaks, birthdays, Food and Wine, etc.

Soooo, my pic seems to have disappeared....at one point it was on front of these threads.......I think Beth decided to pull it off & throw darts at it!!! I've lost weight but not enough to be invisible......

Anywho......I'm game pretty much anytime...but would love to have tax refunds back before the trip dates. We usually have our money in by the end of February.

Hi friends!

Going back to work today was a total reality check--I'm getting to the point where I'm like AmySue in terms of thinking that every week that I'm still employed is a miracle... I truly despise budget cuts and I really, really, really need some pixie dust after a meeting with my boss this afternoon. He's fighting for me, but I'm still scared iykwim and the most damnable thing is that I'm not allowed to talk about it to anyone at work.

Anyhow, I need to look at the event calendar for next year (assuming alot, aren't I?) to see how things are shaking out before I can even think about dates.

Miss you all already!

I know many of you are eager to get this show on the road, and I understand. I feel the same way.
But I'm not going to start the poll just yet. We have too many who have yet to even check in on the new thread, and I want everyone to have a chance to look over the dates we have thus far and make any comments or voice their opinions.

I have been waiting for talks for the next trip! Wooo!! I have already socked away some moolah from this years tax return for this one. I refuse to miss another trip with the best ladies on earth!

As for dates, I actually think either late March or early April. Mid April is toooo close to Spring Break. I like March 31 - April 4.

I like those dates too.

Not sure how hot makes a person snore but it wasn't crowded in our room (and that wouldn't cause snoring either).

I heard snoring in the morning (I woke up early most of the days) but didn't personally hear the moaning.

All in all I'm in for Bangladesh next year.

My dates are pretty open too. I just need to put in for leave as soon as we know (that will guarentee my time off).

I think either the last week of April (April 28th - May 3rd) or the very first week of March (March 3-8) would be better.....to avoid spring break as much as possible. But I'm easy.....as you all know.

I would so avoid 4/28-5/3. Easter is on 4/24 next year. All the districts around here have spring break the week after Easter. That means 4/25-4/29. So that would pretty much put us smack dab in the middle of spring break.
