4th + FPs: is there a cost?

There is so many good tips and information on these boards, but I'm getting a little confused. It sounds like we can get more than the initial 3 FPs at the kiosks. Do these additional FPs cost anything?

After you use your initial 3 FPs, go to a kiosk to book your 4th FP for your group. No additional cost for the 4th or any others beyond that.

the only "cost" is that you will need to wait for a kiosk to book your 4th (and 5th and 6th, etc). However, once you book one through the kiosks, you can change it on the app.
