We have a FP for Wishes at 10:00 and the park stays open until 11:00. Has anyone had any luck getting a 4th FP after Wishes is over? Can you leave the FP area for Wishes once you check-in and go to a kiosk to secure the 4th FP and then re-enter the FP Wishes area? Thanks for any info!

It's definitely worth a try. I considered this as a plan on our last visit and in the end didn't need to. But I still think it's a workable plan.

The issue is that you may run into is that can't have a FP that overlap, and the last ride window is most likely 10-11. I don't see them letting you back in once you've left.

But if they check in and the band is scanned, won't that Wishes FP show as redeemed already?

I have had the parade FP and had to go to the bathroom and they give you a code word or just find a CM around the area and tell them you need to run to the bathroom real fast.

Possibly, but who's to say you didn't chuck it over the fence to allow someone else to get in? Lol

The code word is interesting.

They will definitely let you back in. My daughter and I checked in and then I sent her to the locker to get my tripod and she had no trouble.

I don't think very many people leave, so they also remember who leaves and returns.

We just had a Wishes FP. It's a time frame like the stage shows. Ours was something like 9:30-9:50. We were let in way early. The CM's had tablets and did an override of the system. We were in place before the first MSEP started.

My BIL left the area to get a coffee, Mom took niece to the bathroom. No problems getting back in.

I really wanted to (and planned to) test this out on our trip. It seems like a good plan. I wish I had, but we already had plans after Wishes. I hope you'll post back here if it works, OP!

The standby lines are short enough after Wishes that you shouldn't need another FP+.

For example, we rode 7D with a 5 minute wait on a recent visit. 1 minute for Peter Pan. Space Mtn was a walkon, etc.

That's often the case, but it does depend on when you visit. We were there on a Saturday night, which is EMH night. In the summer when the park is open later, the park is open until 12 or 1 (plus the EMH) so it stays busy still after Wishes.

Well, it is a Saturday night with EMH until 1:00 am, but it is in September. I'm not sure what to expect on crowds. We shall see:-)

Tried last week...there was nothing interesting left...I believe we had a choice of its a small world and meet Tink...

I find the park to be less crowded at night on an EMH morning. Guests seem to tire and leave early. Also, the posted wait times can be very midleading at night giving the impression that the parks are more crowded.

My examples were from crowd level 8 summer evenings. We only visit when we can stay until midnight or later.

I was talking about an EMH night as opposed to morning. We were there on a crowd level 9 crowd EMH evening and the ride lines didn't just post long waits, but actually had long waits.

Hopefully it won't be bad and you won't need any FP after Wishes. September is indeed a lower crowd time of year.

But keep in mind if you're there during party season, the non-party nights in the park are very busy since everyone tries to avoid visiting the MK on days when it's closing early.

I agree that EMH night is probably the most busy night of the week, but I still wouldn't spend time at a kiosk after 10 pm.

I was trying to point out that we like to visit when the crowds are smaller, and that's often after an EMH morning.

By the way, how do they know if you are a resort guest on EMH evenings?

They ask to scan one magic band from your group. And they did indeed do that the night we were there in June.
