Hi Everyone! Was just wondering where everyone watches the fireworks. We plan on watching from the Fort but, weren't sure if we could see them all from there. Any help will be appreciated.
Some of the fireworks are launched from the ground and only streak to say the top of the castle. So things like that are hard to view from the fort. IIRC some of the lower airbursts were also just at the tree top level. All in all it is still pretty neat from the beach, but nothing like being on Main St or in the park or even the TTC.
Thanks, We are still working on a plan. The TTC is preferable to being in the park. I have to use a scooter for most park trips and I can't imagine being in the crowds there. (It puts me on eye level with sights that shouldn't be seen by man.)
Do they pipe in the music to the Fort beach? I'm wondering if we will want to brave the crowds or try a closer alternative, or just watch from the Fort beach.

Yes, it is (mostly)!! One night when we were there recently and getting off the boat during fireworks noticed the music was not playing. We don't normally watch them from there as the lights stay on, also can't see all of them. We usually skip, unless we can watch front and center of castle! We don't let the crowds there bother us - just go with the flow.
If you really like the full effect, you won't have it unless you are in the park.
