4th fireworks..is it true?

I never thought about the rules about it! I guess you could send me a PM?? Althought I've never done that so I'll have to figure out how it works! We, too, will be at MK on the 3rd and MGM on the 4th and will try to get to Epcot that night for Illuminations! Hmmm...PI for a nightcap??? How come I think I'm going to be really dragging on the 5th!

BTW, Illuminations is at 10 on the 4th, not 9:00.

That is a wonderful idea to have the fireworks the 3rd and the 4th. 2 years ago, as we were leaving the park everyone was cattle herded through Fantasyland, backstage and out the door. It was the most unmagical Disney experience I've ever had...hopefully adding another day will cut the crowds. We can hope....

WDW has made some changes to the July 3 and July 4 schedule.The hours for both days have been extended 30 minutes from 9:00 AM-12:00 AM to 9:00 AM-12:30 AM.Spectromagic has been changed on July 4 from 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM to 10:30 PM and 12:30 AM,while Spectromagic remains at 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM for July 3.Fantasy in the Sky is now listed as the fireworks show for 9:00 PM on July 4 instead of Wishes,while Wishes is still listed as the fireworks show for 9:00 PM on July 3.This may indicate they have decided to just show the holiday fireworks on July 4,unless they are doing a holiday version of both Fantasy in the Sky and Wishes.Does anyone have any more information?Thanks .

Disney has now changed the WDW website to show that Fantasy in the Sky will now be shown on both July 3 and July 4,so that should make it official.The hours have also been changed to 9:00 AM-1:00 AM on July 3 and 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM on July 4 with both parades scheduled to be performed twice each day!
