4th and beyond FP...any reliability?

Do we have any good data on whether E-rides are available as 4th and beyond FP's throughout the day? I'm thinking of a table that has time going down the left side, E-rides across the top, and then return FP time (or "not available") in each cell. Probably would also want to note the number of FP's obtained within each cell. Most interested in Epcot and DHS, but would also be interesting to see for MK. Would need a different table for each crowd level.

In lieu of any official data collection as described above, how about general opinions? For mid crowd level (6), do you think from noon-1:00 a family of four could get FP's for E-rides in Epcot/DHS? ETA: And would there be any reliability such that one could count on that being available, say, 60 days out??
