4days upgrade

Hello everyone,
I had the four days pass and I used all my days but I know I have until july 11th to upgrade. My problem is I can't find my tickets. Does anybody know if I must find them to upgrade ?

You have to have your tickets and you cannot upgrade an already totally used pass if seven days from first use has passed.

If you are talking about the Florida Resident play 4 day pass, you really must have your tickets even if they are all used up. However, that being said, my older son had lost his and we were able to upgrade his pass...it is a little more of a hassle but we did get it done. It is much easier with the passes in hand but it is doable...just talk to a cm who is willing to work with you. Good Luck!!

As disneyisfun stated, the process is much easier with the expired tickets but it isn't an absolute necessity. You will need to go to Guest Relations with a photo ID. The CM will have to hunt down your Play 4 Days info and you can then do the upgrade.

Gail, you are correct about the upgrade policy under normal circumstances but Play 4 Days are an exception to the rule. Disney will usually give them 30 days after the promotion expires to upgrade the tickets - even if they are all used up - to Seasonal or Annual Passes. The expiration of the SP/AP is back dated to the date the Play 4 Days was first used.
