45 minutes on the phone with IT this am

I had to speak to IT on several occasions before trip in Sept. I was not very pleased with the attitudes and lack of help. Oh, and their answers changed with each time I would call! But the thing that really bugged me was their glitch in the system excuse for everything! If there are so many glitches, why did they role this thing out?!

And they tell you just to call back "later" or "tomorrow" when the glitch "should be fixed." Guess what, you run out of tomorrows once your trip rolls around.

I think my MB are in shipping limbo. My reservation is with a TA, should I contact her to check for me or should I be the one contacting IT?

You need to contact your TA. They own the reservation at this point, and are the ones who need to be taking care of things.
 
10-10-710-1-area code-number, 99cents per call for 100 minutes I think. It shows up on your phone bill. You can read about them online too.

Well I am pleasantly shocked and surprised. Before calling IT a second time about my son's "frozen" MB order I decided to check one more time and it says they are now shipped. We check in on the 15th! Good luck to those who are still dealing with issues!
 
I wanted to provide an update and give credit where it is due. I called this afternoon and I *think* the cast members name was Julian. He also worked with another rep named Rhonda. They were OUTSTANDING. They wouldn't give up on my issue and were courteous and friendly and patient. All told it took an hour to fix the ticketing issue but please remember I called four or five times last year and was passed off or placated and nothing was fixed.
Today was completely different and I am so pleased!!!!:cool1:
I did the phone survey and the online survey. The people I worked with today were awesome!
