45 Anniversary AP question

OK. So, I"m thinking of buying an AP, and won't activate it until August 31. Because of the anniversary special, does this mean that the pass will be good through September 30, 2018 (give or take a day). I thought I read somewhere that you get a bonus month???

UNLESS there is a promotion going on, your expiration date will be August 31 2018

The promotion for 13 months on NEW Annual Passes ended on 1/3/2017.

The bonus month is only for renewing AP's, which I think is ending in just a couple months. Like mentioned, the 13 month for new AP ended at the beginning of the year
