40th Birthday brunch

Suggestions for brunch to celebrate a 40th birthday at WDW. Could be resort dining, parks, or DS.

Wine Bar George (weekends only) is my favorite brunch spot on property. Definitely recommend the burrata ... we've loved everything we've tried there. Boathouse's brunch (also weekends only) with the piano singalong theme is fun as well. Cake Bake Shop on the Boardwalk is $$$ but definitely appropriate for a special occasion and would be easy to pop into EPCOT or Hollywood before/after. Believe they serve brunch daily.

There are 3 adults, an almost 12 and a 16 year old. All girls. The 40 year old is definitely a Disney Adult. Loves princesses (and cocktails lol

Honestly if this is the case I’d do CRT. Yes, the food will absolutely be way better at WBG or elsewhere. But I spent my 40th birthday there solo, during weird pandemic era Disney when only Cindy was there and she actually came upstairs, but it was such a wonderful time. See if you can time it for the fireworks and it’ll be even more special.

FWIW the food is also a lot better than what is assumed by a lot of people who write it off as a one and done based on poor experiences years ago. They revamped it a few years ago with a new chef and it shows.

Agree with kylenne that CRT is a great experience, with good food, although I've had dinner there...not breakfast. I also had a good breakfast at The Cake Bake Shop, which is very Victorian/girly pretty inside.

I agree with others' feedback here that a character meal/special experience could be very special.

However, if you're looking for something a little more low-key, I had brunch at the Grand Floridian Cafe on my last trip, and we really enjoyed it. I feel like the location and atmosphere has a great "brunch and mimosas" vibe.
