:earseek:  :scared: :faint:

Okay, I've had a malignant bone tumor and I'm not going to lie - they HURT! 10 on the pain scale, 24/7 pain, doesn't go away with over-the-counter stuff.
5 YEARS?!? d00d, that's not safe with any type of tumor! Cancerous or not.
Wow. She is soooo lucky she didn't have to get her leg amputated and that it hadn't spread anywhere.

I'm stunned!

I don't know how people go for years with these tumors. There was some lady on Oprah who had a huge tumor removed from her and she didn't know it! How do you not know?!!

Thats sorta gross. How do you not notice that???

i had a non-cancerous tumor removed from my wrist and THAT hurt like hell for like a month. ( i couldn't use my hand, nothing made the pain go away, everything made me sick. )

i can't imagine a cancerous tumor, and i especially can't imagine a cancerous tumor for THAT long.

Y'know, now that I think, I don't really know if a cancerous tumor would hurt more. I know mine was either the 1 cancer or the 1 type of benign. (Well, and that mine pushed my knee cap to the side so it wasn't in place. :scared1: )

Thank you Shelby! I have yet another question to ask my doctors next month. ;)

mine was wrapped around the tendons in my wrist, causing my fingers to go numb one by one, starting with my pinky.

after the surgery to remove it, i lost control over my pinky for a very long time. i learned to type without it, and to this day, i still do. i don't use it for anything really.

i've regained a range of motion, but its not that strong, and i can't move it as well as all of my other fingers.
