40% pin ?

I'm a total newbie when it comes to this, so sorry if my question is dumb!!

My dad got a 40% Pin...I'm pretty sure we can't use it (DH and I) but could my dad book a room for us, and say it's a gift to us?

This is the first time either of us has received a pin code that we can actually use!!

Any idea how to get or receive one of those codes?

Unless I am mistaken, your dad, being the person who received the code, may book up to 3 rooms using it, but he must be the primary name on at least one of those reservations. I think that means he'd have to accompany you.
