I must be dense. I got this offer on Friday and called. After 20 minutes, the CM stated he had no clue what I was talking about and then quoted me rack rates. I had to read the entire card. He went away, came back and still had no clue. I am going during that time frame and will be staying at a non-Disney resort so this would be what they are looking for, eh? Any suggestions?

Call back! You would be surprised how often one CM is clueless while another will have no problem! (It happens WAY more often than you would think!)

We will be at the Poly from 12/19-12/27. We spent Christmas at Disney in 2004 at POR and planned to do it again, but since we got the 40% off, there was no question in our minds that we wanted Poly for the transportation during that busy time (not to mention that it's our favorite resort).
