40% off PIN - can I book 2 rooms?

My mom received the card with 40% off a Disney Stay PIN last week. Not sure why, it is with her Full Name (and Maiden Name) on - interesting, we never provided that to Disney (except DCL which need full name on passport).

Anyways, can we book two rooms with the discount? Technically speaking, one room for my parents, and one room for me, DW and DD5.

P.S. Does it only apply to Value resort? Can I book a Deluxe with 40% saving?

The % varies by category, it might be a lower % off for deluxes but you can book up to 3 rooms with one pincode
