40% off Passholders PIN code

This is so frustrating! After holding she comes back and says I must have a pin code. I keep explaining that there are no numbers or letter codes that it says to use. I am now back on hold while she checks again. I do feel a little bad about lying about having the flier but I am tired of not receiving the pin codes!! We want to book two trips and both deluxe resorts and I need this 40% off. I am back on hold while she checks again.

Is that what others have been doing? I didn't say that I had the flyer, just that I knew there was a AP postcard out. Maybe that's my problem.

I told the white lie that I had the flier.

She did book me for WL 11/29-12/4 at WL with the 40% off!!

I am now on hold again to cancel our Sept that was booked with a 30% bounceback to rebook with 40% and change hotels. I tried to get her to do it but she said if she transfered me they would just adjust it and I wouldn't have to cancel and make another deposit.

Maybe I should get out while I am ahead. She came back and said my bounceback offer had to be canceled through the bounceback dept and that there were 15 calls in the que to it could be up to 15 min hold time. I said since I want to change dates and hotels why couldn't she make the new reservation and then I could call back and cancel the other. She tried to tell me that was double booking and they couldnt do that. I repeated different dates and hotel so not a double booking. She kept stressing that it was better to go through that dept. I repeated again not a double booking and I didnt have a problem of making a new deposit and getting a credit. She acted like she was going to do it by taking my dates and hotel but has now put me back on hold.

Finally got someone in the bouncebank dept and he applied the 40% off and we changed to Poly!! What a stressful morning!

That's what I did... Trust me, I don't enjoy lying at all, but since there is no pin code attached to the passholder offer, how would they know if I got it or not? Earlier in this thread others described what the flyer said, so I just repeated what they wrote. Also, we are going during holiday season (Dec. 18-26) where rack rates are the absolute highest, so the 40% off was a huge bonus.

Yes, my son is NOT an AP holder and received the flyer. He's only 13 and no pin codes are listed.

Poly Garden View Club Level (Value Season) $297/night before tax

$63/night to upgrade from Garden to Lagoon

$21/night to upgrade from Lagoon to Garden View Club Level!

For my dates (Sept 24th - 29th) there was no Garden View available, so I went with Lagoon. After doing the math I realize how little it was to upgrade to Garden View Club, so I'm calling to do that today!

On phone now with them. They were able to pull up a pin for me but I never received the flyer. The three letter code that I got from Karlzmom didn't work for me when I gave it to her. She looked me up and found my code though and even gave me a Pin. Got WL courtyard for $171/night.

LOL not a problem at all. Let me just say I should get an award because I'm the worlds WORST liar and the CM really put me on the spot when she told me that code wouldn't work and then told me I should have a PIN on my flyer.
