Was the Free Dining promotion publicly advertised or did a person have to "ask" for it? We were lucky that our travel agent took care of ours, but with all this 40% off confusion, I'm just wondering if it's a similar promotion.
Well it was very well promoted for new bookings, but as always if you already had a booking you had to call your TA or Disney to make sure you were getting it - it came out on 4/1 for Disney VISA card holders for stays between 8/13/06- 9/30/06, then expanded on 4/4 for the public. The promotion expired on 6/4, and then was extended to 6/25
