40% off at Disney Store!

Stopped in today to use my 15% off coupon card from a couple weeks ago and with 40% off lowest red tag sale AND the coupon, I got about $80 of stuff for $40. Sweet! Tons of clearance.

I love clearance there. They really wanna get rid of their stuff when they do....

Also new tees on sale $4.99/ea.

I'm in Illinois though, which begs the question, do all the stores run sales at the same time?

All the Disney Stores are having the 40% off promo. The 15% off coupon was handed out to guests at the box office the last few weeks when they were making their purchases. The coupon is good until 4/27. The sale is going on so all the new summer items have a home on the sales floor.

If you don't have one, and no one you know will give or send you one, you can pick one up for about $1.50 on ebay. For an idea of what you'll save- I had a total of $47 + change with the 40% off and without the coupon-- once the 15% was put in, it brought the total down to $40.22. So if you spend anything over $50 it would be worth it. That would probably equal over $100 of marked downvalue. Remember- you're getting 40% off the RED TAG price- which is usually already almost 40% off in most cases. It's really a steal.

I might pick up another coupon myself, come to think of it. Dang, I just sales-talked myself into it. I need to work for a Disney store! LOL

Just came back from a run to the Disney Store down the street from where I work and made out great! I got a 2pc Disney Fairies pajama set, khaki capris, a little caplet sweater, a short-sleeve tunic top, sheer Disney Fairies tunic with inset tank top for DD8, $125 worth of merchandise for a little over $32 after the 40% off + my 15% off coupon.

As with most of their sales, usually the best deals are in the back of the store.

Thanks for the heads up about the 40% off. I ran there at lunch today and got a few more things.

I was in over the weekend and purchased some things at 25% off but this time I got a couple of things I just couldn't justify until they went lower.

My older dd is babysitting my youngest dd for most of the summer so I'm making "theme week" packages for them. Each week they get a package with a Disney movie (many we already have) along with fun stuff to go along with the movie and I'll make them special themed food and drinks.

Today I was able to get a Tink dress of little one and a Tink polo style shirt for older one along with a few other "trinket" type items. This is gonna be so fun. We can't possibly do a Dis vacation right now but this is like getting to leave a Tink gift every week for the whole summer

Thurs. ritual to the mall and I made a stop at TDS for the 40% off sale, not expecting to purchase anything.

I headed to the adult clothing and found a pair of men's shorts that had Mickey on the pocket. I sent DH a text and asked if he'd wear them since they have this decent sized Mickey on them, and he said he would. They were only 8.99 after the discount, and if he changes his mind about them I will return them.

Then I found the cutest white eyelet skirt with hidden Mickey's embroidered in it and a Mickey icon hem. It was 11.99 with the 40% off.

Now, I need to find something to pair with the skirt. Payless has a pair of adorable plaid sandals that I want to get in green. I looked a black and white patterned top, but ran out of time to make a purchase. I will try to shop tomorrow or over the weekend, but if you have any ideas on a style of top to put with the skirt, with or without the plaid shoes, please PM me your ideas.

My Disney Store NEVER has anything for boys. About 3/4 is Princesses and Fairies and then there's the toys and the baby section and there's like one rack of stuff for boys and it's usually yucky stuff.

We were at the mall between 6:30 & 8:30. I was in TDS around 6:30-6:45, I guess. I work for Boscov's (not the mall store) and did find something I like, and saw another online that I want to look at today.
