This has been my hesitation as well.

The pants I bought 10 years ago from LE lasted until recently while the ones I bought last year are already ratty.

But they're guaranteed. period.

Depending on when you ordered them, your order might still be in the system (I think it goes back 3 years), but in any case always keep your packing slips, because you'll then get a full refund (without packing slip the refund is based on current sale value, I believe, and I'm uncertain with how they calculate the refund on discontinued items, but it never hurts to call them up and ask)

My school uniforms I bought my DS two years ago held up really well, but the play tshirts did not . I won't be buying clothes from them again. My girlfriends have had good luck with their swimsuits though.

I bought myself a bathing suit and was able to get 'free' a sleepshirt and a small duffle bag for my DD !
