Anyone who was on the 9/27 Wonder cruise (or anyone who was on any of the shortened cruises) -- check your so-called 40% refund.

Our cost per person was $732.34 (this is the base cost not including port charges or taxes, fees, etc.).

We had six persons -- so $732.34 X 6 = 4,394.04.

When I compute 40% of $4,394.04, my calculator comes up with $1,757.61.

However, Disney credited me $555.83 total. I'm "WONDER-ing" where the rest of my 40% refund is?

Do they really think we can't do math?

Others who have received a refund, please let me know what you come up with.

I would call them on that one. Did you have any children? How many cabins were you in? Maybe that has something to do with it, but it does sound like you should call to see how they got that figure. Good Luck.

Oh, I have tried to call them, but they don't have a customer service phone number! I "WONDER" why not?

You can only email or write a letter.

I believe people on the other cruises that this affected (prior ones) have called the main DCL number (I don't know what that is) and got through and spoke to customer service that way.
