and still not convince or happy !!

I made my ADR's last Sunday and have booked Mickeys Backyard BBQ for 7.

Our family (3) are on DDP but DS's family are not.

I explained this to the cast member and she said no problem as when the bill comes we will use our DDP and the others will just pay.
I had to explain to her that it is a ticketed event and on previous visits ( 5 times ) we have never had the DDP so just paid with CC before hand then picked up our tickets on check-in.
She said not to worry to just tell them at the event and they would sort it out.We went round and round on this so I just left it knowing I would be calling back today.
When I called back 14 TS credits had been booked off our DDP !!!!

I have now just spent 40 minutes talking to 3 different CM,all who I had to tell this is a ticketed event and we will not be receiving a bill to split.

The last girl finally had an answer in that we will pick up out tickets and pay for the 4 at the box office.
Im still not convinced this is right because we always received our tickets at check-in.

Im worried our TS credits will be used,I know this could get sorted over there but I dont want to have to waste any precious time.

Or even worst we I have to tell 3 bairns there was a mix up and we dont get !!

May be worth sending them an e-mail outlining the problem and advising that you only want 6TS Credits taking off for your family. At least this way you would have proof when you get there that this is what was agreed.

pick up your tickets when you checkin using your credits for the 3 of you on the DDP and just pay for the rest as normal.Would advise getting before hand as you still have to give a CC when booking and to avoid being charged pick up at least 2 days prior think they release around 7 days before

just re read your post and would get in contact and tell them your using 6 TS credits and paying for the rest then they should refund your TCs credits
