40% Discount??

How does the 40% discount work?

From what I know it is just at DVC resorts, correct?

Is it available always, only certain times per year, etc.

Also is it like other vacation deals where there are only a certain number of rooms that have the discount?

It is a 25% discount, only at DVC resorts, and it isn't always available.
