I just called to inquire about a reservation for a friend of mine. My friend was on the other phone at my house so he would l know and could interject if the arrangements and price where ok. When he asked me my name I told him this was for a friend of mine and gave him that name. He knew who I was because of the caller ID and said that I already have 2 ressies in the system now for Sept/Oct split stay and the name I gave him did not match up. I said yes but this was for somebody else and my friend spoke up.
Anyway we gave him the dates and the accommodations he was looking for and the CM said "to bear with him because they had a promotion going on for Sept but he did not want to say what it was until he knew that it was available" Then I said "Is it the 40% off" and he said yes and that it was available for what my friend wanted OKW 1 bedroom and made the ressie for 5 nights, dinning for 2 adults and 1 child and 2 day base tickets for 1888.
The CM specifically used the words PROMOTION, I am wondering if it makes a difference if you are calling CR or Wald Disney Travel company.
Just thought I would throw this into the fray.
