40% booked for you....?

We are planning a vacation for this fall with my cousin and her family. Just last week she received a 40% pin code in the mail.

I know that she can book for us with her code, but how will this work?
Will our kttw cards still be under our own names?
Does anyone have some experience with this situation or some advice as to how to make this as seamless as possible. This is for a new reservation. I am not trying to turn an existing reservation into her name....

My understanding is she can book up to 3 rooms using her 40% pin code. When she calls to make the ressies, she would list your family in your room and her family in her room.

Once check in would occur, you would receive your own KTTW cards for your room. The name on the card may or may not list your name. I am not positive if it is different when someone books multiple rooms with discounts. Typically, the main person on the reservation would be listed. In this case, while she is booking the room for you, you would still be on the reservation.

Would it be possible - if my cousin books for us - for our vacations to overlap - but not be the same dates? i.e. we would come later, while she is there, but be staying longer.

As long as the dates overlap by at least one day you should be fine

It is from Disney. It came in the mail as an oversized postcard.
I have a Disney Visa from Chase, and check the website often hoping for a deal to use.
