4 year old with severe EGG allergy

Our DD has a severe egg allergy. We manage to this very well here at home, but when traveling things get more difficult. Things like Mac and Cheese and Chicken Nuggets can go either way and we cannot take any chances.
We will be staying at ASM from 9/13-9/18 and took advantage of our free dining pin number. Has anyone else faced this situation? Can I get allergy information at each individual restaurant, or is there anywhere I could send an email in advance? Thanks for any help you can provide!

My goddaughter has a severe egg allergy as well. They visited the World in May and had no problems. I think if you search on the Disney website or on allears.net you will find a phone number for the main dining area. Once you check in at the table service restaurants, tell them about the allergy. In most cases the chef will come out and speak to you about the ingredients. At the counter service restaurants, tell them when you order but I think if you get the phone number and call the main dining area they will send you the menus with ingredients ahead of time.

I did find the email address specialdiets@disneyworld.com. They say to email them at least 14 days in advance and tell them about your specific allergy. A CM will contact you.
