4 year old with broken leg. Need advice.

If I were you, I'd reschedule until after the cast is off.

Although if your 4 year old is mature enough to be able to talk about it, you might want to ask her what she thinks of the idea.

Hey!! Definitely check out the DISabilities threads! We just got back from Disney last week. DS2 had a cast on because he fractured his tibia in his right foot. Thanks to some great advice on here we got a waterproof cast. We were able to go into the pool and still give him baths. It dried very quickly in the Florida humidity. The doctor said if it didn't dry we could use a hair dryer. We also bought moleskin for him to put on the top of the cast so it didn't itch or hurt.

We got the GAC (Guest Assistance Card) from Guest Services. It was a sticker and a card that allowed your stroller to be treated as a wheelchair. We had no problems from the castmembers with it!

Also all of the characters signed his cast! :-)

I think you can do it. You're in Disney. You are still going to be able to make it special for your DD. Get a comfortable stroller (I think Disney's strollers will work) and everyone will be jealous she is resting comfortably in the heat and not having to walk! Haha!! Let me know if you have any questions!
