4 week rental? any suggestions?

My parents usually drive to florida every winter. My father passed away this fall and my mom doesn't want to drive alone so she is flying. She needs a vehicle for the 4 weeks she is down there. Is there a company that is better to do this with, or possibly something like a "Rent a Wreck"? She doesn't care if it is BRAND new or not. Just something reasonable...... Any help is appreciated. She leave Sunday.
