Saturday afternoon was fun celebrating my mom!

Sunday when Megan got up she gave me such a sweet card with 3 reason's why she loves me....yup I cried! some of my favorite candies and a pretty candle - all she picked out herself and used her own money! we had a yummy lunch out and did a little bit of shopping!

was the perfect day!

Busy day today....baked 5 dozen cookies, pan of brownies, dozen pumpkin walnut muffins and an apple pie for tomorrow nights Jazz Choir Café night! my house did smell yummy!

December hours where released yesterday so I plan on finalizing our second week tomorrow and will post our plans Friday!

Tomorrow I have a nail appt, run to Post office, bank, pizza place to pick up trays for the kids to use tomorrow night and get things set up at school!

wish you could too sweetie! Megan was getting her jazz outfit stuff ready this morning and said her dress needed washing, really, thanks for letting me know ahead of time

you know you would be welcome to join us on the trip! other than the 4 nights we are sharing the room with friends, we will have two beds in the room!


off to get my nails done, run to post office and get my scrap area straighten up, what a mess everything is ready to get loaded in the car and off to school for a crazy busy night! will try to take a few photos inbetween my other duties!

it was! the kids did great! had more than enough desserts! after the choir kids each choose a couple, the helpers took what they wanted, we had a bunch of store bought stuff they kept for other choir treats and put a couple pans of homemade stuff in the teachers lounge!
the best thing though is one of the moms helping offered to be booster club president, so I'm off the hook! will take another position though, our meeting is Tuesday night!

here are our plans! we are almost 6 months out and getting so excited to enjoy WDW during the holiday season! and meeting up with our Scrapbook DIS friends and of course Tink and her family and getting to meet Kathy and Mark!


Friday 11/22 - flying out at 945pm arriving Sat 11/23 MCO at 625am....yup taking the red eye! saved me some $$ and we won't lose a day flying!

Sat 11/23 - arrive MCO, ride on the ME and get to AofA hopefully by 730am
probably won't have our room ready so will check our bags in at Bell Services and grab some breakfast at the Landscape of Flavors and we haven't yet decided which park we might head too, but will pick up our PP+ card and hang out in the park for a bit, wait for room to be available and go back to settle in and bed early!

Sun 11/24 will be in Epcot and having dinner with some of our scrapbook DIS friends at Tepanado Edo

Mon 11/25 will be in MK and having dinner with a scrapbook friend at Be our Guest and meeting up with all the scrapbook families to watch Wishes on the Poly Beach

Tues 11/26 - will be in DHS and having some roommates move into our room for 4 nights, a scrapbook mom and her DD, will be fun and save us each some $$! will be having a late lunch at Mama Melrose Fantasmic Package with the DS and DD of my DIS friend from GA so her and her DH can celebrate their anniversary!

Wed 11/27 - heading back to MK and we plan on doing Be our Guest for lunch and The Plaza for dinner.

Thurs 11/28 - going to MK for a few hours, then heading back to resort to rest and change and then having Thanksgiving dinner with two scrapbook families at California Grill and watch Wishes from there.

Fri 11/29 back to Epcot and doing the Candle Light Processional lunch at Rose & Crown with a couple families....watch the 5pm show and Illuminations!

Sat 11/30 finally getting to AK and will have TS dinner at Yak & yeti and watch the Jingle Jungle Parade

our Scrapbook friends will be leaving by this point

Sun 12/1 a day we are very excited for, we are volunteering at Give Kids the World to honor all our wonderful MAW friends we have made here on the DIS! we will be working in Ashley's Art Corner!
after we are done there will taxi over to DTD and meet up with Tink and her family to eat, shop and hang out! will definitely eat at Earl of Sandwich!

Mon 12/2 Epcot and having dinner at Les Chefs!

Tues 12/3 will have a lazy morning before heading over to the GF for Tea and then to MK for MVMCP! so excited and hope we have a much better outcome than our MNSSHP in 2011! will definitely have a better game plan for our tour plans for that night!
Think Kathy and Mark will be attending the party, so hopefully we can meet up with them at some point!

Wed 12/4 will have a late start since we will be out late for the party then heading over to AK and will have breakfast at Tusker House around 10 and then meet up with Kathy and Mark to ride EE and Dinosaur!

Thur 12/5 DHS and lunch at the Sci-fi Dine In - will probably be an early night so I can get stuff packed up.

Fri 12/6 finish packing and get luggage down to bell services and head over to the Poly for breakfast at Kona....can't wait to get a pressed pot of coffee, will then take the friendship boat over to MK for a last few hours of magic before heading back to the resort to wait for the ME to pick us up.
flight back at 630 pm and will arrive back in Seattle at 935pm.

will be a fun two weeks and will probably schedule in down time every couple of days so we don't totally burn out! will be great to finally meet some of my scrapbook peeps, spend time with those we've already met, enjoy our day with Tink and her family, can't wait for a JJ hug! and finally meet Kathy and Mark, share meals, enjoy shows and have fun on the rides! giving back to GKTW for what they do for the deserving MAW families and enjoying the sights, sounds, and tastes of Disney during the holidays!


I'll do some more in depth plans as the weeks go on, we still are working on CS meals, but will probably wing most of those!
Thankfully my TA will be making my ADR's for me so I don't have to be up at 3am stalking the website and phone lines!

It sounds like you guys had a lot of fun on Megan's Disneyland birthday trips, you certainly got a lot done. That tour looked incredible, and what a nice bit of getting to ride in the Lily Belle, I thought it looked beautiful in the pictures.

Great pictures from the bat mitzvah. Glad to hear that they don't think Zach has epilepsy, I hope that is the only seizure he ever experiences.

Plans for WDW look exciting!

you don't have no idea why busy lady planning a trip, and getting ready for shouldn't take that much time out of you days no worries, I know we will get our time scheduled before we both leave


Megan spent the night at her BFF and just called asking to stay until 7! so I've been getting some scrapbooking done and watched a couple TV shows to get caught up....think I might go take a nap!

Wanted share our adventure today:

They say bad things come in 3's so I'm really hoping we are done for a very long time!!! First my DH sliced open his hand last week at work (no stitches were need thank goodness!!), then the accident on Thursday and now today Jeremy thought it would be a good idea to mess around on his bed (him and Sarah are in bunk beds and he's the top bunk) and he fell!!!!! He split his ear open!!! With everything going on and with us leaving on Monday I really didn't need the 3 hour Emergency Room visit!!!! He is ok thank goodness!! He ended up with 8 stitches. I couldn't believe how brave he was. When the Dr was stitching him up he never moved but my poor baby did cry. Which I told him was perfectly fine because I probably would be crying too (and I almost did!!!) I had to stay strong for him during the procedure but later after all 3 were in bed I had a good cry. I really needed it. Here's how his ear looked after his stitches. (Before was just really, really bad. You could see the cartilage coming through.)





This one was taken while we were waiting for the Dr to come stitch him up. He wanted one with me. Jeff was at home with James and Sarah.
