My favorites... thery are not in any order because the service can always disappoint when you least expect it:
1. Liberty Tree Tavern: Yummy food but they do not have a liquor license, just in case you want to make a toast

2. Coral Reef: Great food but can be incosistant... it can sometimes get very noisey
3. Rose & Crown: Authentic menu and yummy. Great service, Fantastic view to see the fireworks. (the fireworks viewing will take some planning)
4. Tutto Italia: We had dinner at the Italy exhibit about 5 years ago. The weather was perfect so we sat out on the patio. Wonderful!!
5. Brown Derby: By far the nicest restaurant at Disney Hollywood studios. It is a wonderful way to get out of the crowds and relax.
6. Sci-Fi Dine-In Theatre: My husband and I get a kick out of this place... It is really quiet and the burgers are great. You will not be sitting alone though. Check out photos on the net.
7. Victoria and Albert's: Only if you are in the mood to dress and sit and eat for at least 2-3 hours. It is a wonderful restaurant but I don't go there because their are plenty of nice restaurants near my home. When I am Disney, I want to have fun.
8. Spirit of Aloha Polynesian Luau : so much fun. You will love it. Call as soon as possible though. They also can cancel at the last minute do to weather.
9. Artist Point: One of my favorites... almost never crowded and wonderful. Hard for a vegetarian though

10. Yachtsman Steakhouse: Great idea if you are spending the evening at Epcot but you feel that you would like to have dinner at one of the resorts. The Yacht Club is a quick walk or boat ride from the International Gateway at Epcot. Wonderful steaks.
11. California Grill : Wonderful food, fantastic view of the fireworks. (takes some planning though)
I know that I gave you more than 4 options but I hope that this helps.
Here are my top 4
Artist Point
Rose & Crown
Spirit of Aloha Polynesian Luau
California Grill
Good luck
