Hi everyone,

I'm certainly no newbie to these boards but for some reason I still don't seem to fully understand the dress code on the 4 night wonder? It will be me and my soon to be 12 year old dd and I'm not quite sure how to have her dress all 4 nights for dinner. For myself I plan on 2 nights wearing skirts/sundress and on 2 nights wearing dressy capris with little heels and a nice shirt. I'm not too much into skirts and all. Will this be okay? For her I was thinking she could wear skirts or nicer skorts with a nice shirt too. How dressy do we have to be here? Also does anyone happen to know the current show schedule because I am planning on staying in Nassau until possibly 4:30 or 5:00 but have the late schedule dining and I'm wondering which show is on that night in case I run late getting ready or something? Is there a show that's repeated during the day so that if you miss it in the evening you could catch it another time? Thanks!! :disrocks:

I don't know what the current show schedule is, but I can tell you that from what you described your clothes sound just perfect. I wore mostly capri pant sets with little heels myself. I saw people in all stages of dress at dinner ~ mostly looking like me, but a few were in long dresses and even more were in shorts/tanks/t-shirts. I felt good in what I was wearing. Not too dressy nor too casual.

Adisneygirl - I agree totally about being comfortable and casually dressy. Is there a night where you have to really dress up though?

dcandmc - thanks I see you just got back so I'm sure the schedule won't change too much and I thought they did disney dreams last and the golden mickeys right before that.

Thanks. I just want to be sure we're not too casual but I don't want to buy too many dressy things because we don't wear them day to day.

Your dressing plan for yourself sounds perfect. I would encourage a 12 yr old to wear slacks/capris and a blouse or nice knit shirt, or a dress to dinner. Disney discourages shorts at dinner. Just remember that vacations are meant to be fun and relaxing, even for adolescents.

If you have a 6:00PM dinner seating, the showtime is 8:30PM. If you have the later dinner seating the show is at 6:30PM, before dinner.

You should have time to enjoy Nassau, return to the ship at 5:00 and still have time to dress for the evening fun. :flower:
