You guys are so good with us cruise-newbies, I'd really appreciate some input on a couple questions...

We're sailing on the 10/23/04 4-night for our honeymoon...I booked the REAS package with my TA, but when I make the reservations, I'd like to know what I'm talking about...

I know nothing about dining rotations, etc (other than that we have late dining)...So when do you suggest I book the massages, breakfast and Palo reservations? Or at least TRY to book them?

I really appreciate your opinions, I'm totally clueless!!

Congrats on your wedding!

Ok the dining rotation means that you will eat dinner at 8:30 because you are in the late seating. They have early seating at 6 pm. the dinners correspond with the shows in the Disney theater. Also there are three dining rooms so you will eat in each dining room at least once and you will eat in one of them twice. You will have two servers a head server and assistant server that go with you to each of the dining rooms. You will get a ticket in your room on the first day stating which dining room you are in on each nite.

You should book all of those reservations shortly after boarding the ship. Eat lunch first and then go make your reservations and then enjoy the ship.

You should also let your waiters know that you are just married and you will be treated like royalty.

Anymore questions please dont hesitate to ask.

With the REAS package, DCL should be contacting you at least 30 days before you cruise so you can make all your reservations ahead of time. However, I booked the REAS for our 11/14 4-day cruise and I called already and have ALL my reservations except for the Palo Brunch. Evidently Debbie can no longer make those for anyone except Concierge guests on a 4 day cruise.

I booked our massages for Nassau day, since we know we don't want to explore.

Palo is last night of the cruise, so we can hit all 3 restaurants and not miss anything. Unfortunately this also means we will be eating our way around the ship throughout the day because brunch is at 10am, then there's a seafood buffet, then cookie time....etc. Thank goodness I made late reservations for Palo :)

Breakfast in bed will be on Castaway Cay day.

My suggestion to you is to search the boards for REAS to get the phone number for package reservations. I just don't have it anymore.

BTW, congratulations :wave::teeth:

PS - NHDisneyKid, check your PM's. I sent you some info yesterday.
