4 kids- where should we stay?

we are going to disney with all the kids for the first time...my kids are 6, 3 and 1 year old twins. any suggestions on where to stay? we have brought the oldest to disney many times and always stayed in the all - star. our thoughts were that staying on grounds will be tough- to have to open and close the strollers every time we get on the bus is very difficult! it would be wonderful to stay somewhere with the monrail, but way too expensive. does anyone have any ideas on where we shoud stay?

Ok, the buses might drive you crazy if you don't have a car. If you do have a car, you can pull right up to the cabin door (great w/sleeping kids). You'd have a separate room for naptime and a full kitchen.

The pp is talking about the Fort Wilderness cabins. You can read more about them at www.disneyworld.com. They are located on Disney property.

If you have a car, I would just drive to the parks. We always drive. It gives you more time in the parks, and Disney is sooooo easy to get around...just follow the purple blue and green signs You would probably be best (economically speaking) at the ASMu Suites as a value, Coronado Springs has suites, and then the deluxe can accommodate larger families too.

You can also stay at Port Orleans Riverside since you have the little ones.

We are getting 2 rooms at pop since All of my kids are 3 and up.

I was also thinking of POR, but since it would be 6 in the room (even though 2 are under 3) I thought they wouldn't allow that. We're staying at POR for the first time and I'm getting very excited.

you sure can.. we stayed in 2007 and my kids were 14,8,3 and 2.

In the AP section you can have 5 and one under 3.
