4 Day With Older Teens?

My son will be a senior in high school this year. I would like to plan a "senior trip" for him and we are thinking about a four-day Disney Cruise in February. He will be 18 at the time and we are thinking about taking his 17 year old girlfriend with us. She is a very nice girl and we do a lot together. She has not traveled at all! This would be big for her. Do you think they would have a good time on the Wonder? I'm thinking that it's a perfect way for them to have a senior trip, but we are with them. They would be able to hang out at the pool, etc. and do what they want and we would have fun too! I think a cruise would be perfect for this.

Any thoughts?

You have to be the sweetest parents! I haven't cruised yet, but I am sure they will love it. at that age they are old enough to enjoy the relaxation that they will get while cruising. It is too bad she won't be 18 so they can do the adult things, but I am sure they will have a blast!

Thanks for saying that! The more I think about it, the more I think it's perfect. They get to be "grown up", but not quite.

We took our DD and her friend on the 7 day Eastern the summer after they graduated and they had a blast! DD was 2mos shy of turning 18 and her friend had just turned 18. I was worried that there would not be enough for them to do, but they found plenty to keep them busy. They spent lots of time at the pool, went to the shopping seminar every time it was offered , saw a couple of movies, went to the Name That Tune session every night and met several others their age.

I think your son and his GF will have a great time. The only complaint the girls had was that they could not get MTV on board
