4-day Park Hopper from 2000

Since I have children, someone is making available to me two leftover 4-day park hopper passes from 2000 each with 2 days remaining on each of them.

I am very nervous of trying to use these since...if it fails when I get to the gate...my kids will be devastated and I will have to pay $$$ to keep them from (understandably) falling apart.

I have read the ticket sticky #9. But what I want to know is...did the 4 day park hopper pass in 2000 have names attached to them? The fine print says that they are to be used by the same person for all 4 days...but there are no names printed on the tickets. The backs of the tickets give the UPC number, the date of purchase (3/17/00), the words "4 Day Park Hopper MKC Child".

Thanks for any information you can give me. I live in Florida but am not close enough to Orlando just to pop into Guest Services to ask (without my children with me). Hey - that is a question...if I could somehow get there without the kids, would Guest Services be able to help me -- or would they need to see my kids in person?

If the tickets are from 2000 and your kids aren't at least 19 years old, it will be petty obvious that they aren't the original owner.

Tickets are non transferable, so following the rules in place, no you can't use them.

Also, you say the tickets show "4 Day Park Hopper MKC Child". Are these non-expiring? if not the tickets expired 14 days after first use... so 16 years ago...

you have to be the first owners and your child is not the first owners of the ticket you can try but just be ready for Disney to stay no.

While I would love to be able to make use of these tickets (and save 4 days of ticket money!), I think there are too many hazards and potential heartbreaks.

You do not "grow up" at Disney... If the tickets are non expiring the original owners can go to guest relations and have the tickets upgraded for them to use.

I had a child ticket from 2000 (park hopper and non-expiring). In 2011, I was able to exchange it to an adult ticket for DD who was sure over the age of 10 by then. I still have an adult ticket that I am going to exchange it into the new RIFD ticket so I can use in the future for booking FP+. I think it's best to go to guest relations to check different options. I believe there must be a way to honour the non-expiring tickets. Also, tickets in 2000 have no name or fingerprint attached to it. I don't remember having to use my fingerprint for entry. Because multi-day tickets are non-transferable after the first usage, closing as the OP's question has been answered.
