Hi everyone
Right now we are trying to debate which resort (GC, DLH, PP) is right for us. We want to do 1 room with 4 adults. I want to save $$ and do DVC points for either of these rooms instead of paying $$ for the good neiborhood hotels. I need to know which of these hotel rooms can fit 4 adults w/sleeper sofa or rollaway comfortably.

Thanks

The largest rooms are at the Disneyland Hotel in the Sierra Tower and Bonita Tower. If you book a room there request a room with two queens and a daybed in the Sierra Tower. The room is spacious (we had 4 adults and one child) and the bathroom has a compartmentalized toilet.

Thanks daannzzz but the day bed concerns me due to (sorry I forgot to specify) that I have adult children over 6 ft tall:(. Can we get a roll-a-way in the DLH?

I do not know if you can or not. Perhaos someone else will know. I slept on the daybed one before they changed them in the remodel. Since thne I haven't had the need for one.

Thanks for your response and I hope for more responses to my question.

I do know that the Grand does not have rollaways... a select few do have a sofa bed option, but you can't count on it, only request it. and if you do not get one of these rooms, their rollaway option is a sleeping bag and air mattress.. we going this route this weekend.... so if you need a 3rd bed, then you might avoid GCH

The PPH has sofa beds, also, but I'm not sure if they would be long enough for someone over 6ft.

I'm not sure how many points you have to spare but I know the Disneyland Hotel has several different suite configurations (some 2 bedroom with sleeper sofa I think and possibly other combinations). I would call the hotel directly and ask them what your options are, they're always glad to help!

Looks like when I call DVC up to book this I will inquire about the 1-2bdrm units and how many points (if I have enough) for these units for 2-3nts. Guess I will be saving points by avoiding GCH though :(. Right now it looks like either the DLH or PP:).

Thanks everyone. Everyone has been extremely helpful.:) :teleport:

Word of warning--the DVC member line doesn't know much about Disneyland. When we booked our vacation earlier this year, they weren't able to answer any of our questions and instead told us to call the hotel direct. (We stayed at the PPH.)

Thanks for your reply. I have made resv's for PPH and I am going to call back and confirm that DVC has requested a sleeper sofa or a cot within our room. I sure hope there is enough room for 4 adults (3 big guys). We have never stayed at PPH. We have stayed at DHL and GCH.
