Where is the cheapest place for 4 adults and 1 child to stay on property. We agree we want to stay on property, but need to save money where we can - thanks.

One room at Port Orleans Riverside is the cheapest on-site option to fit 5 people, AFAIK.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news - but POR wouldn't be a good choice as the pulldown bed will never fit an 18 year old. My 4'8", 72lb niece found it too small for her. It is nowhere near the size of a twin bed and is also built into the tv stand/drawer unit.

My apologies - I'm getting used to new glasses -- I thought it said 4 adults and 1 18 year old - now I see it said 1 8 year old. Yes, POR would be perfect and the 8 year old would love the Alligator bed -- assuming they like a giant Alligator smiling at them!

Yes, a POR Alligator Bayou room would be the least expensive option. But I definitely wouldn't do it with 4 adults. WAYYYY too crowded IMO. If cost is a major factor, why not look at 2 value rooms? Request adjoining or connecting rooms.

You have to add the extra adult fee to POR too with 4 adults.
What's the family make up? Is it 2 adults then 2 parents and a child?

I'd go with 2 value or moderate rooms personally. 4 adults will be happier with 4 real beds and 2 bathrooms

Yes, two value rooms with two bathrooms is the way to go!

I have my glasses on, and I thought it said one 18 yr old too!!:rotfl2:

Agree--if all the adults get along really really well, POR is the cheapest way to go.

POR with the trundle is the cheapest. But everybody needs to be fine in close quarters and with one bathroom.

Probably the next thing to look at would be 2 value resort rooms.

I always have to ask how many beds do you need? We had 6 adults in our trip in "09, but we needed 5 beds. We only had one couple, and the rest were all single adults who preferred to not share beds. We ended up renting points for a 2 bedroom at Old Key West. We still needed an inflatable bed, because there were 4 beds. But, it worked out great! Do the 4 adults you have require only 2 beds?

If value intersts you and would rather not do 2 rooms, you could do a suite at Music...its pretty expensive but seems like a good choice on your part. It comes with two bathrooms and 2 bd rms and fits up to 6.

There are no trundles anymore it's now a small Murphy style bed.
