Here it is! Day one of getting our acts together so we look and feel great for the big meet in August

My goal: Lose 15 pounds by 8/13 (the day we head to WDW)
My plan: Stick to the WW flex plan
Today after the kids get on the bus I will run 3-5 miles on the treadmill, depending on my lower back (I have a chiropractor appt today to get me straightened out). Breakfast will be oatmeal and a small banana (3 points). I will know the lunch and dinner menu after I go grocery shopping.
We can do this!!
