4/3 Deal and Dining

We have friends that are considering booking the 4/3 deal for the end of June. If they book the hotel and tickets can they later go back and add dining? Is there any benefit to doing it all at the same time? They have never been before. They really need to look into the different dining plans to decide which one, if any, would work for them. Thank you!

Yes they can. We booked the 4/3....well actually 8/3 with room and tickets but were unsure about the dining plan with 3 kids,,,,so they said that it was ok, that we could always add the dining plan at any time. Too bad they weren't offering the dining free for those 3 days too!!

I thought the 4/3 deal does not include the dining plan free.

Hockeymom3 was saying that it was too bad that the dining plan doesn't include 3 days of dining for free.

It isn't included as free, but that doesn't mean you can't add it. You'd just pay for it for each night of your stay. You can add it up until 72 hours prior to check-in.

I always say several things about checking out the dining plan; seeing if it is a good deal or not. HERE is an article that sums up my thoughts pretty well.

Also, note that the dining plan must be added for every night of your stay, and for every one on your party...

If you wait until up to 72hours of checkin, note that they will charge the full amount of the plan to your credit card right away, and 'could' charge you a $10 fee.

Is it good to get it? If you plan on a sit down breakfast, lunch, or dinner every day of your stay, then absolutely get it. The cost of that meal alone will pay for the plan for that day alone, and you'll still have the QS and the snack.
