I've heard a lot of great stories and figured it was time to get to know all of you before the big trip! Looks like I have a lot of reading to do in order to catch up! The SteveMed fan club is a hoot. Tell me, though...what should my title be?

DesperateDisney- The TV was on in the family room and when I came down to check in here guess what was on TV? Desperate Houswives. Welcome to the fold.

I know this may sound crazy but, Am I the only one a little sad the trip is almost here? I have had so much fun planning this trip for my family, my sister and I talk about it several times a week. I don't want it all to come to an end, my wallet will be happy though.

Michelle, I totally know what you mean...every time I plan a trip, the planning and friendship from beforehand is so much of the joy of it, that the end of the trip is sad before it even starts! This will be one for the record books, though!

We had a blast yesterday! But I came home with the flu and have been in bed with a fever since. I really hope that none of you got it too.

Sorry to hear your sick , I had it last week. My boss told me about Zicam last time I was sick , it is very expensive but works wonders in just a day or two.

Hope you feel better soon ! I told my husband who had it this week that at least we got it now and not right before our vacation.

Welcome Stevemeds wife, glad you decided to join this super group of people . I cannot believe how many of us are here on the boards now!

I am hoping Barry who has been quit a peeper here on the boards starts posting , maybe a huge call out will get him out of the woodwork.

I can't remember who are the ones here that are Greys Anatomy fans , but that show just freaked me out . I cried till the show was over after I saw that scene with the Mom with cancer and her daughter. I cannot ever imagine leaving my kids behind at such a young age , not to see them get married or have babies. That show made me decide to have my last cigarette right after I get home on May 10th . That is my quit day. I wish I could say now but I think I would let only open the door to failure and this time I do it before I'm ready. That scene was so powerful I'm still teary eyed. I LOVE that show!

O.k, I'm going to try and go to sleep but that really bothered more then anything , even more then all those anti-smoking commercials.

Its a great show, but there are some episoides that are tear jurkers. CONGRATS on the first step towards being a non smoker. I've been an ex-smoker since 1994, My DH and I were planning a family and decided it was time to quite. We had set a date after returning from our vacation july 7th. When we came home we disposed of all the Paraphernalia and never looked back. DH went cold turkey, I used the patches, and chewed a lot of gum. Its the best discission We've ever made. Your doing the right thing by setting a day. your supporter

Pango: 1 lg, 2 med, 1 small
Doc: 1 lg, 2 med, 2 small
LLL: 2 lg, 2 med, 1 small
Tuggle: 1 small
Ulittletinker: 2 lg, 4 med
OHJulie: 5 med, 2 small, OR 7 med

This is what I have so far. Please let me know if this is correct.
Michelle, I have a small note somewhere around here that says you 'might' be needing to order more?

***For anyone ordering smalls, if you used the sizing sample on the reminderband.com website, keep in mind that it may fit nicely on the wrist, but you first have to get them over your hand and there's not a lot of give in the plastic.

Reminderband.com has a minimum order of 20 bands per size, so if we can hold the order to even just 2 of 3 sizes, it would help greatly. From the numbers I have now, it looks like we might be able to do 20 med & 20 large. Even with that plan, we have 2 leftover smalls for whoever in the Tuggle/Pango/Doc/LLL clan needs them the most.

We will place this order on TUESDAY April 4th come h*** or high water! Thanks!!!

Hey STEVE, I keep seeing people mention the free dining offer but I can't find anything about it can you fill me in on how it works - is it a post card thing?

Edited to add: Trish hooked me up, so I am good now. It's not open to us peons until tomorrow. I don't know if I will set up another vacation, but yeah, that's a good deal.
