I just bought something on Ebay for the cruise that I thought some of you might be interested in as well. They are the neck lanyards with the protective holder for id's (your key to the world, credit cards, etc.). It is waterproof so would be great for beach excursions, Castaway Cay, or even just to have something small to hold your card when you're at the pool sipping drinks. That is so funny, I was just off doing that exact same thing. Cruise Critic sells them too with the logo on it for $5.95 with $0.63 in shipping costs. I found tons of places that sell them in bulk for logo printing too. Oriental Trading has the round ones that won't work for the KTTW cards. I am leaning towards spending a little more and getting the Aquapac keymaster. But that is significantly more money -$15 which is making me hesitate but I could use it alot.



I also think I am going to purchase the camera case too as we are addicted to and view our digital camera as another member of the family and I would be devastated if it got sand in it or water. Plus it allows you to use it out in the water. It's $30 - REI has all of this as does Aquapac's web site for about the same price each place.

CG- That is too funny that you were looking for something like this too! I read on another thread about ones from Passporter but didn't like them. People also mentioned ones from Walmart but they didn't look real secure. I did some searching myself on the internet and found these by Witz so I checked out Ebay to see if anyone had them and sure enough they did! I found logo printing as well but decided against it in case we use them for other trips. The camera one you talked about would be nice too- I will have to check it out.

Maybe we should start a Question of the Day for "extras" anyone might suggest to buy for the cruise and where they found them. Conveniences rather than necessities. Anyone have any???

CG , I think we bought one of those watertight thingies, not sure what they are called , on our last cruise. we use to white water rafting every summer and we always use one , they are a must have!

Ok - went to REI at lunch and got the water pack for the camera - it was only $9 there and it can hold both the camera and the KTTW cards. I am the queen of deals I tell ya. Helps to work in retail mecca.


My husband just called me all disturbed - we failed in our que maintenance on netflix this week and are getting In Her Shoes - he is sooo gagging. People, tell me this is an OK movie???? PLEASE!!!!

now, just know that by cheaping out I can't immerse this into the water to get underwater shots like I could with the aquapac model, but really, that's OK for me. I was just worried about sand and water splashing on it.
