. I ran 4 miles this morning and plan to spend at least a half hour doing yard work.
But I only did those weird things for the first mile. Man, I musta looked like a dork. I did it though. Figured this time of the day there are less people out to see and no children to make fun of my children.

Did you know boys can whine? A lot. "Mmmm Mommy, that looks good. I don't like breading (since when?). Can I have yours. Please Mommy, please, please please?" Uhm, I got to lick my fingers. The seasoning was good. I got stuck with 3 breaded chicken nuggets - 90 calories - and I'm still starving! Going to make that salad I already dinged myself for. Oh, and those small waffle fries - 270 calories. Don't think I'll be eating any of those anytime soon. They have to have ketchup & mayo mixed to be good.
