4:10 ADR at LTT during MVMCP... Am I crazy?

We are planning to attend MVMCP on our last day at Disney, and I was able to score a 4:10 dinner ressie at Liberty Tree on the night of the party. They had no other times available, so I was lucky to get what I did! I know we won't be able to enter the park until 4:00, though, so we will be pushing it. Am I crazy for hoping I can make this work? Will they let us go through the bag inspection, get our bracelets, etc. and wait by be turnstiles early so that we can get in RIGHT at 4:00 to make our ADR? I'm hoping someone has some experience I can learn from here. Any opinions or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

It sounds like you have a plan and will be at the front of the line to get in at 4:00 pm. I think it'll be tight, but most restaurants have a grace period, so you'll probably be okay; just don't dawdle. You still have time before your trip, so you can keep checking for a later ADR too.

You can go through bag check before 4:00 pm, but they won't give your bracelet until you've entered the park using your ticket.

I agree with PP. You may be a minute or two late, but I think you'll be fine.

Did the same exact thing one year for about 4:15. We ran to the restaurant, barely made it and there was a huge line to check in because it had just opened. By time we got to the desk it was closing in on 4:30. They still sat us but after we had to wait awhile longer, I think we got seated closer to 5 pm so I don't know if we technically missed our reservation and to wait for an open table.

Now I only book 4:30 on. I would keep it, but also keep looking.

In March, when the restaurant opened, they actually had two lines. One for folks with an ADR and one for walk-ups. The ADR line was moving much faster; I think they might have been holding the walk-up line until the ADR line was shorter.

We have made it to a 4:15 adr on party night before but we ran and it was raining. This year we are going at 5:10.
