Can you believe it? Just got back from our refinace closing and that's what our mortgage rate is now............... I can remember 22 years ago when we had a 17% mortgage
I never though I'd see rates this low, ever!

Reason it's so good is it's a 10 year mortgage, since we had 10 years left on our 15 year loan, and I didn't want it to go longer. than we have now...
also we got a deal from the bank since DH's company gives this bank all their buisness......... we'll save 31k over 10 years with this loan!
